Monday Morning Meditation
Jump start your work week with a simple, easy meditation designed to help you respond instead of react to the issues and opportunities of your day in calm and creative ways. Joanne will lead brief discussion and mindfulness meditations that will allow beginning and experienced meditators to become more aware, pay better attention, and sharpen their focus.
Facilitated by Joanne Nelson of Wake Up the Writer Within, LLC.
Joanne is a writer and retreat/workshop leader certified by the McLean Meditation Institute as a meditation and mindfulness teacher. Her Mindful Writing programs and Just This Day Meditation offerings allow participants to engage their creative and intuitive best selves while learning to restore and re-story.
