Join us to learn about the unique history of the land by spending a few hours caring for nature and enjoying a hike on the Ice Age National Scenic Trail - Monches Segment.
The event starts at 8:45 a.m. and will include garlic mustard busting (invasive species removal by hand) for one hour. We'll take a break to hydrate, then enjoy a guided nature hike with Waukesha County's Conservation Biologist. It will be an out and back hike, so we'll return where we started to enjoy some snacks and refreshments provided by REI.
Please bring sunscreen, sturdy shoes (close-toed), water, bug spray and dress for the weather. We love dogs, but please leave them at home for this event.
