Executive Director

Job Summary: The Executive Director functions as the chief executive officer of the Hartland Chamber of Commerce. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Chamber, including membership development, sponsorship acquisition, program development, public relations, and marketing and financial oversight, as well as providing leadership to drive our mission forward. This individual works closely with the Board of Directors building teamwork, advocating for business interests and enhancing the quality of life in the community. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional management sills, business acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of business leaders while working independently. Position is full time and often requires weekend or evening responsibilities.
